59: Leftovers

Erin

Bryce and I leave the restroom, and I work hard to keep my blush under control. My ears still manage to get a little red.
Bryce finds me a little notepad since I think I'll have trouble remembering orders otherwise. I feel like he makes a good boss. I've seen this side of him when he talks to Jones and Marie, but it's never been directed at me before. I feel very comfortable.
He leaves me alone to take a few orders. I screw up totally, but luckily, he'd been paying attention and knew what their order was really supposed to be. I feel like I have a hard time paying attention because of my own embarrassment. Bryce tries to teach me that I need to talk louder so customers can hear what I wrote (and correct me).

While he continues to think of things to teach me, three women walk towards the stairs. Bryce turns his head and quickly snaps it back to me. "Um, Erin?"
        "Yeah?"
"After I hung up with Jesse, he sent me a warning text."
        "He's mad at you?"
"No. He ran into some old... um..."

"Bryce!" I hear from one of the women as she prances up to my boyfriend and wraps her arms around his neck in a very familiar way. Then she has the nerve to try to kiss him right in front of me!
"Whoa, Sarah," he says with an uncomfortable laugh as he pushes her back a little.
He knows her name, I think with an internal growl.
Another blonde walks up while Bryce pulls this Sarah's arms off of him and says, "I saw Jesse on the beach yesterday, but he was in a hurry. Then Sarah and I decided to visit the spa and get the works."
"So," Sarah speaks up, "what time do you," she giggles, "get off?" Then she looks like she finally catches on that Bryce doesn't want her all over him.
"Hey you," a third woman barks to me. "Get me a dry martini." She gives Bryce a pointed look as if to say 'don't you train your employees better than that?'
"Sorry, Sarah. I'm busy," Bryce says. Then he says to my back as I head to the bar to fill the bitch's order, "Erin, wait. I'll get the drink."
"Aw, let your waitress get it. I wanna catch up on old times," Sarah croons behind me, and I want to claw her eyes out. She keeps managing to touch Bryce in some way like she's possessive of her boy toy.
        "That's my girlfriend, Sarah."
She's quiet for three seconds before she asks, "Since when do you date your waitresses?"
"She's only covering temporarily, not that it's any of your business," he lightly snaps at her while I quietly tell Jones to fix the martini he already has started. The brunette rolls her eyes and walks over to get the drink from Jones herself.
"First Jesse, now you?" the other blonde asks sadly. "Where on earth is a girl supposed to go to have a good time anymore?"
I stand at the bar fidgeting while the mean brunette stares at me.
"I'm sorry, um... Amber?" he says and asks like he hopes he got the name right.
        He remembers both their names.
"You'll just have to look elsewhere," he finishes, and I hear him walk towards me.

He wordlessly takes my hand and leads me down to the lower seating area.
"I'd never pictured him with someone that timid," one of them says.
"I'd never hire someone like her."
I'm pretty sure the brunette said the last one.
I hear Jones work on entertaining the girls after another one of them laughs loudly and says, "He acts like he needs to explain it to her... like she doesn't even know!"

"I'm sorry," Bryce says before I can say a word, and he traps me in his arms while the women's cruel words slash at me. "I should've told you the second Jesse sent the leftovers text."
"The what?" I ask while I allow him to hold me. I'm not hugging him back.
"It's easy to figure out. What do you do with an old meal that you don't finish? You put it in the fridge for later. Then, maybe, you take it out again. Leftovers."
I groan as I get it.
"I didn't ask who, and I hoped that whoever it was would leave me alone. Guess not."
         "Jesse didn't tell her?"
"I guess he didn't; I don't know." He touches my face. "Erin," he says, trying to get my attention. "I hope you realize they mean nothing to me."
         "You must've been cruel."
"What? No, they knew it was all for fun. They're hoping to get it again, and they're not."
"For fun. Was it fun?" I tilt my head to the side and narrow my eyes.
         "Um..." Bryce watches me carefully.
"Aw, you can tell me," I say deviously.
         "Erin..."
"So it was fun to fuck random girls like animals. So, how? You took two, or did Jesse? Or was it some crazy orgy?"
"Huh? I don't know who the brunette is."
"That's hardly the point." I glare. "Tell me what happened."
He pauses for half a minute before he shrugs. "Remember, you asked," he says sternly, refusing to let go of me no matter how I now try to wiggle free. "The four of us went to Jesse's. We had fun, got them drunk, and played that game I told you about. Then Jesse took Amber, and I had Sarah."
"How many times?" I ask masochistically.
"Why do you want to know this?"
        "Answer the question!"
"That night or total?" he asks. "Truth is I lost count."
I want to scream. I want to throw an absolute temper tantrum, but I don't want to give those women the satisfaction. As it is, I do everything I can to push and kick Bryce to try to gain my freedom.

"Stop it right now or I swear I will pin you to the ground in three seconds," Bryce growls low and quiet to me as he slightly lifts me off the ground.
        "I don't even know you!"
"Yes, you do. You knew how I was. And remember I said was."
"It's different to be told than see it right before my eyes."
"Yes, I imagine so. Please don't say you don't know me because you do. They didn't. All that Bryce wanted was a no-strings-attached fuck. That was me in hiding. You made me want to stop that." I still push against him even though I've stopped trying to beat him up. My resistance must make him panic because he begs, "Please, Erin! You and Adele mean the world to me! Ignore them."
A mass of screeching giggles carry over to us on the wind coming from the bar. Someone squeals Simon's name, and I doubt they mean Bryce's brother-in-law.
"Shit," Bryce growls. "To be continued. I'm not finished with you, Erin."
"Is that?" I hear Simon's voice now.
"Yes. Please don't leave." He gives me an intense pleading look from above the rims of his sunglasses, and I nod my head, meaning I'll stay. He lets go of me and makes his way back to the bar proper.

"Bryce!" Simon says warmly like he's greeting an old friend.
"What the fuck are you doing here, Simon?!" Bryce barks.
"Language, Bryce. There are ladies present," Simon sneers. I've walked over to them, so he points his beady, little eyes in my direction and asks, "Got your girlfriend waitressing, huh? And I thought, what's your name, sweetheart?"
        "Amber."
"I thought Amber here was telling a little lie. I thought to myself 'no way would Bryce have Erin working for him since he has that unspoken, very unspoken, rule about not dating the staff'. Looks like I was wrong!"
"What do you want?" Bryce growls to him.
"A word, if you please, sir," Simon asks and performs a mock bow.
I don't get his strange attitude. He's too playful for someone who's angry he got fired. He's up to something.

"Ladies, Jones, if you would excuse us," Simon says as he winks at me. I glare back to his leer, feeling exposed in my crop top.
As Bryce and Simon walk down the stairs to have a private conversation, I hear the brunette say, "So, you don't normally work here. That explains a lot."
Why should it even matter to you?! I think loudly in my head, my thoughts braver than my actions. As it is, I stand here mutely and take her insult.
Jones comes to my defense. "I think Erin is doing a fine job considering she's never done this before and this is her first day."

The one he called Sarah walks up to me and asks, "What's so special about you anyway?"
"I bet I can guess," Amber says. "Look at her. She's soft-spoken." Then, she says in a mockingly-dramatic voice, "She gives Bryce somebody to protect." Now, her voice is mean, "Cut the crap. Nobody believes that act."
"I have no idea what you're talking about," I snap, goaded. These 'leftovers' need to be thrown out. They've spoiled.
"She speaks!" Sarah gasps in pretend surprise.
"You wanted to know what Bryce sees in me, right?" I ask in a sassy tone. Then, I don't wait for her to answer, "He sees someone who's been through a little of what he's been through, but you probably have no idea what I'm talking about because why would he mention anything about his life to some slut that he picked up? Believe me, you're only good for one thing, and you're not getting that from him anymore." Jones has to quickly intervene to keep the brunette from jumping me. The two blondes stand there looking at me like gaping fish. Encouraged, I continue, "And for that matter, Jesse too. They both want you to leave them alone."
Simon and Bryce's argument gets drowned out by the brunette woman yelling, "Let me at her! I'll take care of that smart-ass mouth of hers!"
"I don't think so," Jones says, pushing me behind him.
Bryce comes running up the stairs, and while he helps Jones break up the almost-fight, he asks the women to leave.
I feel so embarrassed that I lost my temper like that. I want to go hide in the women's room.
"Hey!" Bryce calls out to me as he runs over to me from where he'd escorted the bitches to the sidewalk.
I hear the brunette say, "Doesn't matter. There are plenty of bars on this island. Ones indoors. It's too hot out here."
"But I like being outside here," Sarah says, acting like she's already over the scene she just left. "The scenery is so pretty."
"Let's go to the beach after we grab another cold drink. I think you need to calm down a little anyway, Diane," Amber says, and their conversation gets fainter the farther they get away.

"I'm sorry, Bryce. Maybe I'm simply not cut out for this," I say sadly.
"Hush," he says and places a finger over my lips to silence me while his other arm wraps around my waist. "Only tell me what you said to that woman to make her want to beat you up like that." He removes his finger but acts like he'll put it back at a moment's notice.
"I called her friends sluts," I say with a mild shrug. "They'd started insulting me, and I had as much of that as I could take."
He starts laughing quietly. In answer to my mild glare, he explains, "You are so cute when you're angry."
      "Cute?!"
"Would you prefer funny?" He laughs again when he sees me get mad. "I didn't think so."
"I'm sorry," I say, my mood taking a downturn again.
"Don't be. I'm sorry I left you to them like that, but I figured the last thing I needed was for what's going on with Simon to be broadcast to everyone."
       "I don't think I can do this."
He looks at me quietly for about a minute before he says quietly, "I think you can."
"That's not what you said a few hours ago."
He shrugs. "I was wrong. ... Although, you are still a huge distraction."
Bryce grins when I can't help but blush, thinking of earlier.
He starts talking again. "I hate to do this, but I have to talk to Desmond for a little while. I have faith you and Jones can hold the place down while I have to go next door."
I sigh. "All right, I guess."
He lets go of me, turns around to tell Jones about having to go next door, and then walks past me to head for the side stairs.

Without warning, he spins around, takes a step towards me, pulls me to him, and kisses me. It's another 'Bryce kiss,' and it's not long before we're pretty much making out right here for anyone to see.
He also apparently is a little bothered by our open display because he says in a determined voice, "I'm definitely getting an office in the new bar. There's only so much you can do in a bathroom."
Oh, so he wasn't bothered by that after all. He wants to do more.
Bryce reaches down and grabs my ass before lightly pecking me on the lips, grinning, and turning to leave.

(All right, so this has nothing to do with the chapter title, but I thought I'd throw in a little Jesse and Marie section since there's so much more of it coming up.) =)

Marie

"This is too fast," I say while he moves down to kiss my neck.
He makes a whining noise. "How?"
"I still haven't dumped my shit."
He exhales in a huff, and goosebumps pop up on my arms. "I am so sorry I talked to you like that," he says, lifting his head to look me in the eyes. "I want to help."
       "You are."
"But this is too fast," he states his question, and I nod. "Sooooo.... then tell me what isn't too fast."
I cover my face with my hands. He's so intense!
He lightly kisses the backs of my hands. "Is this too fast? Me just simply kissing you?"
"Yes," I say from behind my hands.
"Do you want me to stop?"
I take a shaky breath, move my hands, and answer, "No."
I don't know what comes over me, but I contradict myself when I suddenly attack him, yanking his face to mine while meeting him halfway at the same time. I can feel him tense up as he holds back, probably worried I'll want to stop after he gets into it.
"I don't know what I want." I get out when I pull back a little. I feel like I have a tiger by the tail, and any minute now, it'll attack. It's the look in his eyes that gives me this feeling, making me feel excited and afraid at the same time.
His tongue darts out for a few seconds to just barely lick his lips before he says, "I know what I want."

Just like last night, he kisses me unmercifully. The difference is that this isn't a 'damn, I missed you' kiss. This is an 'I want you. Now' kiss.
He somehow lifts me to adjust us so that he lays himself on top of me. While he kisses me, he takes off his tie and unbuttons his shirt a few buttons.
No, take the whole damn thing off, Jesse! I scream inside my head, surprising myself but not taking the time to think about it. He undoes the fastenings of my overalls instead of finishing with his shirt.

I fumble around, trying to find his buttons, and he groans while he grabs my hands and holds them above my head easily in one of his large hands. His free hand works at pulling down my overalls to my waist. The entire time, his mouth never leaves mine.
However, mine breaks from his when I gasp because of what he does next. Somehow, he managed to part my legs and get himself between them, not hurting my knee. Then he placed his hips between my thighs and started slowly moving against me.
Armand did this to me once, but it didn't feel like this. This sends me a very clear message that Jesse certainly knows what he's doing. Message? More of a promise.
I'm not wearing a bra, so when he slips his free hand up under my shirt, he groans with pleasure at his discovery.
"Shit. Marie!" he exclaims as he frees my hands so he can use both of his to almost roughly pull my shirt over my head. Within seconds, he moves himself down and starts suckling me.
My head starts to clear when his hips leave mine, but he quickly brings his hand between my legs and continues to pleasure me that way.
I cry out a little in reaction to his very skilled hand's movements. Somewhere along the way, I have fisted my hands in his hair. I make the strangest noises while I squirm beneath him, still unable to accept that this is really happening.

      "Fast," I whisper.
"You want faster, baby?" he asks in his deeper, more seductive voice.
      "Too fast."
"Slow it down?" he asks, and his fingers slow down to a crawl.
I'm doing it. I'm teasing him again. He thinks this is headed towards sex. The sooner I stop him, the better.
"I'm sorry," I cry through my arousal-fogged brain. "This is incredibly too fast! I only wanted to kiss you."
Jesse's eyes start to slowly clear after his hand stops. Then, a look I can't really interpret crosses his face. I can't decide if it's fear or horror or sadness.
"I did it again," he whispers, almost like he talks to himself. His voice sounds like someone stabbed him. Louder, he says, "I'm sorry. I'm such an idiot! There we were talking about not going too fast, and I get carried away." He sits up, getting off me with a 'well, shit' look on his face.
"No. It's my fault," I say sadly.
"No, it isn't! All you did was fucking kiss me! And there I go doing what I apparently do best! Just being me!" he quietly yells. To my shocked expression, he says quickly, "I'd better go."
He grabs his tie and puts it in his pocket. I watch in numb shock as he gathers up the rented movies, including the one in the DVD player, and turns to face me again.

His eyes hungrily rake my exposed top before he closes them. Slowly, he says, "I'm ... going... home. I can't stay here. You're right. If you don't want things to go that fast then I can't trust myself."
While he has his eyes closed, I quietly put my shirt back on.
"I'm sorry," I whisper, and he angrily opens his eyes.
"Would you please stop being fucking sorry?" he snaps.
I curl up into a ball except for my hurt knee, trying not to cry. I close my eyes really tight to keep it from happening. I can't do anything right.
"No," he says as I hear him cross the living room. He tosses the DVDs on the coffee table before he sits next to me and says, "Don't." His arms wrap around me and pull me across his lap.

I feel like such a fool, a child. Sitting in his lap doesn't help that, but I don't fight him off.
He leans forward a little and turns off the lamp before adjusting us so that I'm curled up into his reclining form.
       "I thought you were leaving."
"Only if you really want me to leave, but I really want to stay. I can't leave you like this. I've made you cry too many times in the past twenty-four hours."
"But you said you can't trust yourself."
"I more can't leave you in this state."
        "What state?"
"You're crumbling. I can't... handle that." There's a trace of a smile in his voice.
I lightly hit him for his mimicking of me, and he chuckles softly.
"That's better," he says and relaxes a little more into the sofa after kissing my hair.
"I don't know what's wrong with me, Jesse. I don't mean to be like this. I also don't mean to cry this much."
       "Be like what?"
"Hot one minute; cold the next."
"Um... I guess I can decide to see it as a good thing those hot moments are there at all. I just get carried away." He takes a deep breath. "You might not understand, but I'm used to taking things very fast. And... hm." He stops for a second like he has a new thought. "And those relationships didn't work like I wanted some of them to. This is... different."
I curl into him and think about how Jesse is everything I liked about my past boyfriends rolled into one. At least... what I've met of him.
After a long while, he asks, "Are you asleep?"
"Yes," I answer cheekily to his small laugh.
"I need to, and I'm sorry I need to, define what we have here for my sanity's sake."
"We're not just friends," I admit.
"No, we're not," he agrees. "Don't laugh, but I feel like... like I'm back in high school or something with you."
"Because I'm younger?" I'm eighteen, and I'm pretty sure Jesse is over twenty-five.
"No, that's not it. I haven't quite figured it out, but that's not it." I stay quiet, so he continues, "I want... I want you to be my girlfriend, Marie. I know you're not ready for that because of those three assholes, but I was wondering if, like we were in high school, if we could try for something really simple. It would be very hard for me to do, but I think it's the best compromise I can come up with."
       "Simple?" I ask.
"Yeah, simple. I get to be with you, and you don't constantly feel pressured or overwhelmed or something."
I want to cheer. Yes! That's what I want! I want Jesse around. I want his silly grin wiping away all the bad things... bad things I've carried alone all my life. I won't one-hundred percent trust him right away, but I have a good feeling about this! As long as he doesn't push too hard for intimacy, and I think that's what he means by 'simple.' He's not playing me. A player would never ask for this.
"Would that be something you could handle?" he asks, sounding unsure of himself.
"Yes," I say quickly and kiss his happily-surprised expression.

When I don't back off from the kiss, his hands reach up to hold my face and the back of my head.
My >>boyfriend<< pulls back to whisper, "Yes. This will be a challenge. And Marie?"
         "Mm?"
"I'm not the only one who's a good kisser."
He did it again, I think as butterflies take over my insides. Jesse really knows exactly what to say to take my breath away.

Thanks to Jazen and Gemly for letting me borrow their sims for this chapter. I'd previously made Amber, but Diane (the brunette) came from Jazen's simbin, and Sarah is Rose from Gemly's Mattel Family Challenge.

Next chapter is how Desmond and Ginger spend today, and after that, we pick up right where we left off with Jesse and Marie.

  1. Who the hell is that woman hanging all over Bryce! Oh, it's one of *those* women.

    ::sharpens claws::

Oh gosh, I want to claw their eyes out myself. Poor Erin. They're so familiar with him, and he knows their names, and them deriding her right in front of her....ugh. Good luck, Bryce!

Oh geez. HIM. And now Bryce has to talk to Desmond. So we were right to suspect we weren't seeing the last of Slimy Simon.

WOOOHOOO MARIE! YES! Grab that lion by the tail! Wow that got hot pretty fast ::sizzle::

*sigh* Poor Jesse, just being himself. At least Marie realizes what she's doing, what she's doing to him. She's finally talking to him about how she doesn't want or intend to be...a cocktease, I guess? I'm so glad he didn't leave like that.

It's like being back in high school because it's discovering and exploring something new. Experience new feelings.

This is good. It's a new slate for them both. It's simple. And Jesse? Don't rip her clothes off every time she responds :0) He's finally figured out a compromise that they both can build on. Great chapter!

Dang, I could've really used one of those poses for my chapter!

    1. LOL! Yes, it's one of *those* women. That one makes the perfect chapter title pic. >:)

I literally can see you take your hand from a fist to opening it palm up and claws coming out of your nails. >:) (yes, again with the evil grin)

When Sarah saw Erin it was instant threat alert: you can't compete with this. So, she tried anyway by at least making Erin feel bad. Of course, Amber helped since she's still smarting from Jesse's saying no. (I want to say rebuttal here, but I'm not sure it's the right word.) Diane was bored and short-tempered.
Yeah, that's a whole mess for Bryce to work through. At least he didn't lie.... although maybe he was a little too revealing.

Yup. Simon the Slimy is back. (lol) He's in a real good mood because he thinks he has Bryce cornered. He really should be more afraid of Desmond.

Yay, Marie! Yes, Jesse's full of T.N.T., and will explode if lit. *giggles at the mental image* (Now I have AC~DC's TNT in my head which switch just now to Dirty Deeds. Oh, my brain...) Of course it got hot fast! Jesse's involved. I'm telling you, even writing him I have to work at reigning in that man, and supposedly I control him. right. I can't keep a tight enough rein on him. Poor guy will get a mouth sore. So, I either have to loosen the reins and let him be his high-spirited self or castrate him. <.< um, that's not what I originally wanted to say. Don't worry, I won't castrate him. omg LOL

That 'you were just being you' thing Marie said kinda hurt Jesse when she said it, and now he sees that she had a point. It irritates him that she's right, not because she's right but because what she's right About.
Mhm, Marie's more able to realize when things are getting out of control... not that it wasn't obvious at that point lol.
Yeah, if he'd left that could've been bad with Marie starting up on a pity party like that. She could've possibly talked herself out of letting Jesse in again.

Exactly! The man hasn't had a serious relationship since high school, and that's why he's remembering that. He Thought he was being serious with some of those tourists, but there's a reason he was able to 'get over them and bounce back' so easily.
So, this is all new to him again; it's like he's relearning how things work.

Something tells me Jesse isn't going to have an easy time with 'simple'. Sure, he Wants to be simple, but he very well could possibly lose sight of that the second his other brain kicks in.

Thanks! And looking forward to seeing the poses in action! :)

    2. Oh it's already done! I posted an update, a couple nights ago? Oh, it was yesterday afternoon I guess.

Desmond seems such a carefully controlled individual, I think Simon is stupid to forget about that connection of Bryce's. I'm certainly looking forward to seeing Desmond and Ginger, and it'll be interesting to see if Desmond has anything to say about the case.

::tries to imagine Jesse with a bit and halter:: Now all I can think is RIDEM COWBOY! Um...what was I going to say? Yeah that totally derailed me :P OH. Yeah Jesse will have a hard time keeping things simple. He's already been able to provoke and evoke her into WANTING him to do things, though. Despite her initial fears, she wants his hawt bod! If he gave her just a little chaste affection for a few days, especially now they've worked out an "arrangement" and have more of a justification to spend time with each other, she's going to be tearing her hair in sexual frustration by week's end!

    3. Doh! I have been so out of it. Gonna zip over there real quick.

You're right about Desmond. His only weakness is his temper, but in situations like these, he's made of steel.
Desmond won't talk about the case with Ginger. Mostly because it drives her crazy but also that client confidentiality thing he does especially.

Save a horse, ride a cowboy!!!!
So true so true! He's a pro when it comes to seduction, and yes, she wants him so much it scares her.
I think if Jesse refrained from chaste affection he'd explode. I stand by my T.N.T. statement hehe. Still, that determination might help him put on the brakes.

  2. Ah, so Simon is threatening to sue, huh? What a guy.

Man, I just don't get it. Why do so many women resort to being catty and vicious? They knew they were a fling, Bryce had every right to get a girlfriend in the interim. Good Lord, just quietly pack up your tent and find another one night stand.

Awww, Marie. I'm glad the two of them are communicating more. I know she's used to being an island, but methinks this will be good for her in the long run. And YAY for butterflies!

    1. Yeppers! Simon thinks he has a pretty strong case against him too. He really shouldn't underestimate Desmond.

IKR! Their egos have been bruised. Bryce and Jesse were one of the tourist attractions as far as they were concerned, and Diane is game for everything. Erin and Marie have ruined that little party idea, so Sarah wanted to make Erin feel bad, using her friends' help as well.
MMmmmmhm! Move along ladies, nothing to see here!

:D Jesse is Determined. It doesn't help he's also Horny as hell. Still, what he really craves is that companionship, and he hopes he can wait on the other.
Marie reached her breaking point back in Champs les Sims, and she's still smarting from it. There's loads more than just that one incident, going back to before she was adopted that she can barely remember. So, she Needs someone, and Jesse probably is just the one she needs.

      :)

  3. Bryce and Erin ----> "All that Bryce wanted was a no-strings-attached fuck. That was me in hiding." I loved that, I think it perfectly describes Bryce and what he has gone through. And it was great seeing Erin's temper, I agree with Bryce, she was kind of cute calling all those women "sluts" (which they are, of course).

Jesse and Marie ---> I love the way their relationship is developing, it just feels so perfect...

    1. It's true, and Bryce admits to it! I'm glad you appreciated his honesty with himself. :) Hehe, Erin's temper is a bit funny since she's normally really quiet and introverted. I think what makes it kind of funny is that it's such a 180 when she gets mad.
Yep. They're sluts. They should know that. Still, no one actually likes being Called a slut even if they are. I think mostly they were shocked Erin did that considering her meek actions beforehand.

It does! :') I'm really loving them and am having a hard time backing off and reminding myself that it's Erin and Bryce that are the main characters.

      :)

  4. One word:

    >>>>>>BOYFRIEND<<<<<<

    *does a happy dance*
I'm happy they've come to a small solution.... for the time being.

I don't like the 'leftovers club'. Their attitude pisses me off! Good thing Erin got smart. I lol'd, picturing the leftover clawing over Jones like a wild cat to get to Erin. I enjoy my imaginative mind sometimes :)

    1. Hehe. I debated on how I would stress that word. -boyfriend- didn't quite cut it. Hm. (((boyfriend))) hm, kind of a shock-wave look to it. Still, the >>><<<< worked alright too.
LOL, I know that's not what you're meaning; that's just what I was thinking.

      Anyway, Yay for happy dance!
It does appear to be a 'for the time being' kind of thing, doesn't it? At least their hearts are in the right place and there's the desire to somehow make it work.

I can't STAND women like that, even on those rare occasions when I've been like that. I look back on it and go 'ugh!' at myself. In their opinion, Erin and Marie stole their boytoys which bruised their ego so their natural response it to bruise Erin's right back. Good thing that Diane didn't say those things to Marie and Marie's knee not be sprained! Now THAT would've been fun to write... hm....
Hehe, I didn't do picks for that because I don't think I could've done it justice, so I left it to each person's imagination because often it can be MUCH better than what I could create visually. :)

  5. Picture #2: Recognise the girl at the table, but I can't place her. Is that just me imagining things?
It was fun watching Rose... Uh... I mean Sarah, being a slut. Hehe! :D And I loled sooo hard when she was thinking about the planet again. Well done for writing that in!

Erin was so cute being all jealous of Sarah putting her arms around Bryce and trying to kiss him, I would have punched her in the face, but Erin is a little calmer (and there was nothing on hand to throw). And when Diane barked 'hey you'... Oh, she wouldn't have been speaking for a while, lets leave it at that. She handled that well, and I thought Bryce did too, but he should have warned her when he first got that text. He *knew* they were going to come down to the bar, and he could have explained fully before they arrived if he'd had the foresight.

I can imagine Erin will have some more to say to Bryce in private, and I'm wondering if she'll stay the night anymore (I think 'tonight' is the night she's supposed to stay, but I lost track what day it was when she said 'tomorrow', and I think you did a time jump somewhere in there... I dunno.). Although she seemed like she'd forgiven him at the end there.

I need to know what Simon appeared for! And why Bryce has to see Desmond!! Arghhhh!!!! Is that explained in the next Erin/Bryce chapter?

I actually nearly cried with happiness at Jesse/Marie. FINALLY Jesse has worked out a way to be with her, and he better not push and push and push. He doesn't seem able to control himself around her, but he'll have to learn if he wants to keep his new boyfriend status. (I wonder if men rush off to the bathroom to call their bestie after something like that? LOL! That would be about as high school as it gets.)

Hopefully Marie will now tell Jesse her experiance level. There's no backing out now that you're officially in a relationship. You want those naughty dreams to come true, right? ;)
Does Jesse know how old she is? She only knows he's 'over twenty-five', and this could get very awkward on birthdays if they don't ask in these early stages! :p

Next ones about done, right? Monday? :)

    1. Pic #2: Is is Elena from QoD? She doesn't look identical, she looks a little lighter, so maybe I'm wrong?

    2. Nah, she's the actual bartender in game. I have Jones as a playable character now to make sure he doesn't disappear on me, and every time he's at the bar, he's moonlighting (often doing a better job than the npc bartender). So, I change the npc out of his/her work attire.

Hehe, that was also NOT my first choice of pic for that, but it was the best one that also showed Rose/Sarah's irritating, reoccurring thought bubble. :) It was irritating when it was happening, but now I'm mentally treating it like a running gag, and I actually hope she does it again if I use her again in the future (don't really know yet). Of course, she probably won't do it because I'll be wanting her to do it.

I had a difficult time making Erin so meek. I'd gotten used to Marie's more aggressive actions. I couldn't make Erin like that since she's really timid. She reacted like I would've... avoidance, and I hate that. Still, it's either that or I really lose it. Erin fought back with her words. Right, there was nothing on hand to throw except the table decorations which I think would've made Bryce angry. Yeah, that Diane's a bitch.
Bryce hoped that the leftovers wouldn't show up, and you're right. He should've told Erin right away, but he didn't want to have that conversation if he didn't have to. That was like shooting himself in the foot.

Yeah, it's tonight that she's staying over. This is one of those 'it lasts forever' days. Like 'a day in the life of...' lol. You'd better believe that was a 'to be continued...' moment.
She's forgiven him, but Bryce will want to discuss it more later so that Erin doesn't form some twisted opinion of today's events. Erin's simply decided to let it go for now.

Oh, I thought you could guess. He's suing for wrongful termination. His cocky demeanor was because he has a strong case against him.

Oh good. Now I don't feel as ridiculous about crying about that part too. That line "I want ... I want you to be my girlfriend, Marie." still gets me. It's just so simple and straight from the heart - not a line. Then I like how he rushes into the "I know you're not ready.." stuff, hoping he can stop her from saying no before she can say no.
NOW, yes, he's going to have to work at not pushing, something he's really not used to doing. It certainly doesn't help that he's so very very physically attracted to her as well. It's a good thing, but right now, it doesn't help.
(LOL! Somehow I doubt it. Cute to think of it, but somehow I doubt they do that.)

Marie's hoping that the 'simple' thing Jesse mentioned will mean that she can get around to admitting it. She doesn't really know HOW to tell him, but she does know that she needs to. She hopes she can drop major hints and that he'll guess.
Yes, Bryce told him she's 18. In my mind, it's a funny scene (that evening when Jesse purposefully sat at a table and wouldn't let Marie get him a fresh beer - after she went home). I imagine Bryce telling him and Jesse having to sit down with a 'holy shit' look on his face. He knew she was pretty young from her looks and actions, but THAT young? Not that 18 is that terribly young, but she IS still technically (numerically) a teenager. (Oh, my husband's friends loved teasing him that he was dating a teenager when I was 19 and he was 24. Drove me nuts.)
Marie, obviously, doesn't know Jesse's (or anyone's really) exact age. She'll get around to asking.

Hehe. The next one is one of THOSE chapters that I'm pretty much doing a new pose for each scene, and I'm doing way too many pictures. Sigh.

      :)

      Delete
    3. Oh, well... She's pretty! :p

Exactly. You never get what you want :p But, hey! Maybe you'll never use her again so it doesn't matter
(I'm interested to see if you've gained my muliples curse by downloading her >:) )

Oh, it would have been great if Marie had been there facing the skanks. But Erin handled it how I imagined her to; with words. She's a wordy person, being a writer helps that.
LOL at throwing the table decorations, though! I don't think Bryce would have been that angry. He wanted them gone as much as she did, although it would make the bar look bad infront of the other customers...

I kinda like the days that last forever :) (though I find it weird how they never eat or pee... ;) )
I hope Bryce doesn't shoot himself in the foot again by bringing it up again!

Oh, I thought that was a possibility, but wasn't sure if he just showed up to cause trouble.
I hope Desmond can win it for Bryce!! Or at least get him off with just a small compensation pay-out.

LOL! Yes, it was that line that did it. It was probably the most honest thing he's said before now, or the most honest thing that Marie can believe after such a short time.
Yes, the physical side of their relationship could still be a while off, so Jesse better learn how to control himself or it'll never happen!

Ah, so Jesse is aware of the age difference, and Marie just knows there is one but not how much. Yes, I guess an 18 year old would seem young to someone his age and experiance level. (What age are you having the drinking-age, btw? I just realised Marie couldn't serve alcohol if she was underage, but where you live it's 21 isn't it?)
I was 17 and he was 22, but nobody teased, I can imagine it would have driven you nuts!

Ah, one of *THOSE* chapters, eh? Well, they have their upsides: we get more pose-packs! and downsides: we have to wait ages.
      But, needs must!
You can never have to many pics! Wheeee! :D

      Delete
    4. Yeah, a pretty, vanilla sim. :)

I better not have gotten the multiples curse from you! That is NOT what Donny needs!!!!

LOL you know, come to think of it, he's re-doing the bar anyway.. so what's wrong really with losing a few candle decorations that he can get cheap? Plus, then he'd have the lovely memory of his girlfriend going nutzo at some old flings. :)

DO NOT make me bring in them eating and peeing! Good gracious, woman! I do remember them eating every once in a while, but I often skip that because it's too boring. Oh, and Marie had to pee when she woke up when Jesse got back from getting Martha from where he parked her at the beach lot right after Marie'd hurt her knee. So there! LOL

I really need to figure out what I'm going to do about the court case. The particulars, even some of the major points, aren't finalized. I've a feeling that I'll be doing a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants kind of thing. Not wise, but I'm honest with myself.

It'll be an uphill battle getting Jesse to curb his behavior. Getting in his head, he takes control and my plans get thrown out the window. Bad Jesse!

18 can serve alcohol, 21 to drink, but this is Sunlit Tides and I'm making it 18 across the board because I can. ;)
It was good-natured teasing. His friends were also happy that he had a girlfriend because he spent too much time studying, etc. I made his grade point average drop a tiny bit... well, he humorously 'blames' me anyway since we met his final year in college. My mom thought he was too old for me, get that! LOL

I had to shoot some clever angles because a few poses have a few problems. That's always the way, huh?

      I have 20 pics I think.

    5. *sniggers* Oh, imagine 4 little Donny's running around, though! <3

      HAHAH!!! Yes! Exactly!
Oh, they have to come back drunk, Erin can lose it and Bryce can be so totally turned on by the bitch-fight that he can't stop it. Then Marie turns up, they all strip to their bikinis, Jesse and Bryce get out the water hose and spray them all while Erin and Marie wrestle....
      O.O
      What was that?! *ahem*

Haha! Oh yeah, it was like... day 2? Erin and Bryce went to the diner, and Erin was like "Oh, *that* diner..."
And there was one time that Ginger ate nachos.
And the weekly picnics, of course!
And just the other chapter, where Jesse and Marie had take-out.
AND BRYCE AND THE APPLEEE!!! *dies once again*
      And the beach earlier 'today'
Toilet breaks... I can only think of two. Marie that time you mentioned, and Erin on 'Hot Tub Night'.
Your sims will start dying if they don't eat more! :p

We'll roll with whatever happens. It's a story, a SIM story. It's not set in our world so make laws whatever you want them to be! (Use that quote as a disclaimer to send all hate mail to me, if you want?)
I make my entire legacy up as I go along! Right now I know what happens next chapter. That's it. I have a rough outline, a few things that need to happen this gen to make next gens rough outline work, but I have no idea where or when they'll happen.

Yes! Bad Jesse! We know about that, do we need to get the paddles out again...? ;)

      Oh! Ok then :p
Here it's 18 for both. If you work in a shop and you're under 18, when someone wants to buy alcohol you have to get someone over 18 to verify the customers age and put it through the till. Same with tobacco products.
For April I'm thinking 16. It's about that or younger in most of continental Europe, and I think 18 is too long for me to wait for some of the things I've already written (she does what Jesse does. She doesn't want me to write chapters in her childhood, so I have to work out how to skip, while still getting in everything I need in her childhood years. *rolls eyes* I know how you feel there!)

Haha :p Well, it's all worked out well, so what does a few grade points and a couple of arguments with the mother matter anymore? My parents didn't say anything about age, but I was a very volitile teenager, and had they said something I'd probably have ended up in some stupid situation just to 'prove them wrong'. Teenagers are idiots.

20 pics is fine! I've seen legacy chapters with more, and in my mind they should be shorter.
Plus, you have plenty of words between, so it breaks it up well :)

    6. Well, he does need 4 kids, but not all at the same time!!!

My, haven't we an active imagination? Water hoses and drunk? >.>

You forgot when they all sat down to eat when Erin met Pam and Simon. And there was pizza at the first Friday night party. LOL gotta love max motives!

Hehe, yeap, it's a sim world, but I do try to make it as realistic as possible if for no other reason (apparently) than irritating the hell out of myself.
I think it's fun to write like that, and I think that's why I have a harder time with a regular book. I have to play it out. Although, I've started a book that I think will work. I have a character in it that may as well be Jesse. (Jesse is REALLY LOUD in my head, and he wants a book.)

I think Jesse would have too much fun with the paddles. Maybe not as much as Desmond... but there ya go.

18 makes more sense, but they tried that and determined we can't handle it. /shrug. Didn't stop me.

Oh good! You have April yelling at you like Jesse yells at me. Maybe April needs a book too.

:D They had to take the 'magna' off of his cum laude. LOL that still makes me giggle. My dad and I were rolling in the bleachers at the university's gymnasium (that has a vulgar nickname all its own) when I mispronounced the words, and the announcer kept saying it (right, but anyway).
Yeah, teenagers are idiots, but man, sometimes I really miss it.

      well.... yeah you know now.

  6. Wow Erin let the claws out. She needed to and Bryce was right to point out she did know who he was before. That was why she had issues with dating him in the beginning. I guess she never expected to come face to face with one of those women, but she can't pretend she didn't know what a man whore he was. I'm glad he called her on that. :)

Shit I knew Simon wasn't going to go away. I figured he'd try to sue him for wrongful termination or something. He's a sleaze like that and Bryce probably was a little wrong in how he handled him before then changed the game. Let's hope he doesn't make this into a bigger deal. I guess he could if he really wanted to push it. That old waitress could be an issue as well. :(

Jesse and Marie. Those two are a mess. He thinks he's pushy, she thinks she's a tease and both are fighting a losing battle when it comes to the attraction. She's only 18, that does help to explain her behavior a little. Jesse is very 'experienced' compared to her and it doesn't help that she hasn't told him the whole story. Being her 'boyfriend' she might want to find out what that means to him because it may have a different meaning.

    1. Maybe Erin didn't let the claws out enough, but that's how she is. Bryce did right in pointing out that she knew him because he hasn't hidden anything from her. She just couldn't stop her angry reaction. Exactly, she wasn't ready to be face-to-face with those facts. Plus, she Really didn't like how Sarah was always touching him.
      Good for Bryce, yes. :)

Yeah, Simon's like a bad fungus. That's exactly what he's suing him for. I'm glad I mentally got the right term in my head. He, unfortunately, has a decent case simply because of how Bryce handled him (or not) before. Mhm, Bernadette might be a deciding factor in this. She'll love having that much power I imagine.

Hehe, yep. He doesn't want to push because he doesn't like what it does to her emotionally, but he can't help it sometimes. She doesn't like her comfort level (for lack of something better to cause it) being tested but hates that she might be leading him on (it's called making out, Marie! You and Armand did this all the time except... well... that was then).
She needs to tell him the whole story; she just doesn't know how.
Exactly. They need to 'define what [they] have here' even more.

  7. Wow a lot of drama at the bar, hissy fights and bitch fits!

For a moment there I thought Erin would get into a fist fight with Bryce's ex-flings. That would have been a real sight for customers.

Oh Simon, what does he want now? Probably to negotiate getting his job back, or is he slapping Bryce with an unfair dismissal lawsuit. Whatever it is, it can't be good, I'm with Erin, he's up to something.

Aw @ Jesse and Marie, they are boyfriend and girlfriend now, that's so cute.

    1. LOL hissy fights and bitch fits pretty much sums it up!

Erin's really a big chicken when it comes to fist fights. It would've taken much more than that to get her swinging. She didn't even hit Meredith; she threw things. I guess she's more into ranged attack than in-your-face melee.

He wants to sue. He has a pretty good case, although he really needs to factor Desmond into this equation. Yeah, he's acting way too cocky.

*hugs Jesse and Marie* I still love that line of him telling her he wants her to be his girlfriend. So simple. :)

Of course, my highest level character just HAS to be a up-front, in-your-face damage dealer that I play well, but I'm often uncomfortable when I'm the highest level and people expect me to tank. I mean, the character can do it, I'm just a big chicken!

  8. The sad thing is, Bryce handled the who situation with Simon so badly, and behaved so irresponsibly in his own role as business owner (before Erin), that he does actually have grounds for a lawsuit. Bryce might need the services of a lawyer like Desmond.

I'm glad Erin did finally stand up to the skank crew. But I don't think it's fair of her to get angry at Bryce. He did tell her about his past, and he did immediately shut down these girls' advances and tell them Erin was his girlfriend. While it wasn't a comfortable situation for her, it wasn't Bryce her put her in it. I mean, it's not like he can call every girl he ever fucked and tell them not to come to his bar now. =P

Awesome that Jesse and Marie have finally found a space they can both be comfortable in.

    1. Exactly. That actually scares the shit out of ME a little. I'm going to have to talk to my grandfather a little on this one (retired lawyer). I thought I had it figured out, but then other possibilities start hitting me. Maybe I could read up on some court cases. Zzzzzzz maybe not. At least I'm in control and can invent the rules to suit my purposes, but if I find enough evidence then I may have to stick it to Bryce a little just to keep it more real. idk.

'The skank crew' loveth it I do. Yeah, Bryce didn't deserve her getting mad at him over that. Turns out it didn't matter whether or not he deserved it because she got mad anyway. It was mostly a shock, and she's pretty much over it now. Mouthing off to the skank crew helped loads.
Bryce did do good in immediately shutting down those girls. LOL no, he can't call every girl he's ever fucked. Very good point.

It is! I hope they can keep the space the way they intend to keep it.

  9. Gah! Its seems like forever since I was on here last!
This chapter was very long - not that I'm complaining lol

Really REALLY didn't see that coming in this chapter.
Leftovers made me think of actual food leftovers and not people...but I loved that name he gave to them! Haha

Erin handled that situation how I would of handled it too, although I probably would of called them sloppy leftovers and waited for the dropped jaws....the looks on their little faces would of been priceless!
She handled it well. Good on you Erin!
I agree that Bryce wasn't to be blamed for the situation at the bar but if I was in her shoes, I would be pretty pissed and naturally take it out on my BF as he was the reason behind the trashy trio's arrival :D
And maybe Jesse's a little to blame too seeing's as he joined in on the fun!
Oh shit, wait! Marie can't be happy about that. Oh it would of been fun to watch Marie Sim-fu their asses should they touch her man! Oooo is that to evil??

Boo Simon! Crawl back into your hole and hide that disgraceful face of yours in shame!
So he's suing for unfair dismissal? Meh, he sexually harassed a fellow co-worker and then displayed aggressive behaviour to a customer - even though that customer was only Jesse I'm sure he can play 'innocent bystander'
He was after all a customer at the bar that evening wasn't he? *Pokes tounge at Simon*
Bryce has a lot of loyalty on that Island and I'm sure they wouldn't mind playing 'witness' if they need to ;)
I'm annoyed at Simon but interested if we get to see the lawyer side of Desmond *Rubs hands together*

I couldn't be more happy with Jesse and Marie right now.
I've had an absolute shit of a week at this just made my day!
Lovely to see them breaking down walls between each other and little by little they are learning more about each other. The good parts and bad.
Now that they are officially dating it's time to go back to basics I think! Take her for diner and a stroll on the beach.
Seeing's as they wanna give it high school feel.....I so want to keep a watchful eye on them and throw myself between them shouting "Arms length apart!!" Like a teacher would at a high school dance! But um....I think their a bit beyond that part now huh? :)
There's probably more to come but this is good progress.
I can't imagine how difficult it will be for Marie to tell Jesse the truth as I imagine that there might be some shock and maybe a little hurt on his behalf that she didn't tell him earlier on.
Regardless, when it gets to that stage they'll troop on!

I'm so sorry I didn't comment on your last chapter. I very much wanted too but haven't had the time. I had my 3 year olds birthday party last weekend so had a house full of toddlers and of course the big dreaded clean-up and.... confetti that I thought would be awesome to sprinkle all over the carpet turned out to be not such a good idea....

    1. It's like a chapter and a half. :)

I sat and thought and thought about what Jesse and Bryce would use to mean what leftovers meant without using some raunchy or swear word. Leftovers isn't obvious. hehe.

Sloppy leftovers? LOL, but she couldn't give away Bryce and Jesse's code word. hahahahaha

I'm glad you understand Erin's anger towards Bryce. It was mildly irrational, but she couldn't help but be mad at him for those tramps' behavior. At least it didn't take her long to point her anger in the right direction.
No, you're not evil for imagining Marie going simfu on their asses. If only her knee was okay. Still, she knows enough to tackle the inexperienced even if she's injured.

It will all depend on a few key factors and witnesses in this case I think. Very true that Bryce has more loyalty on the island and although the judge is supposed to be impartial, let's face it... to the locals this is just like any ol' small town. Jesse, Marie, Jones, Erin, etc aren't the only ones that think Simon is a slimeball.
I'm kinda nervous about writing an actual court scene. I don't know if I'm up to it, but we'll see.

IKR! Marie gave up trying to fight it, especially after Jesse mentioning his simple plan. It's really what she needs. Now, if Jesse can just ignore his Other needs.... hehe.
Well, a stroll on the beach once she can walk hehe.
LOL @ the teacher at a high school dance! They didn't do that at my prom. >:) hehe.
Mhm, they're a bit past that part. Jesse really does have good intentions provided he can keep thinking with the brain in that knob on his shoulders.
Marie will have to tell him eventually or he'll find out on his own eventually!

Don't worry about it! This is simply me goofing around and making something of it. Don't get me wrong, I really like comments to know what people are thinking, but only if someone feels like sharing. :)
You're better than me. I haven't thrown a birthday party in years! Such a bad mom. We go and do special stuff of the birthday kid's choice, but not a party. :/ I'm determined to fix that this year.
Confetti ... never a good idea. LOL my friend discovered that when she threw me my baby shower all those years ago. :)

  10. MARIE! Thou hast redeemed thyself. LOL. Well, at least Marie isn't annoying me this chapter. I do agree with Jesse, I kind of feel like they were having a low level weird relationship, like the kinds in high school, where neither one really knows what the other wants, and they keep making each other angry because of that. I'm glad that they figured out something that works. Yay Marie, you finally figured out a little bit of what you want and communicated that to Jesse! EE, those poses when they were making out, HOT, HOT, HOT! LOL.
ERIN! Wow, girl, you go. LOL. I absolutely LOVED how she told off those other girls. My fists clenched a little when Sarah was hanging all over Bryce in front of Erin, I just wanted to punch Sarah. LOL. I know Erin wouldn't do that, as she was embarrassed enough telling the girls off like that, and mentioned Jesse didn't want them either. Yay, Erin. LOL. I'm also glad Erin didn't go all mad at Bryce, even though she was a little, and who knows, might still be a little bit. I'm just happy she stayed to help him. Simon, what a jerk. He didn't even know what was going on and tried to make a scene.
OMG, leftovers, is the perfect term for those girls. Awesome. =)

    1. GOOD! :) She's not all bad. She's been through more than average and lacks a decent way to deal with it. It's also got that high school feel for Jesse because he's taking it back to basics instead of just trying to get in her pants. Not that he didn't want more than that with others, it's that he wanted that first before the other stuff. does that make sense? hm.

Hehe, those poses will be released eventually. :)

She did it her way! Words! She's not one to get into a fist fight right off the bat like that. Throwing in the Jesse bit was icing on the cake. Erin reacted in shock. She knew Bryce was like that, but she forgets every once in a while since she sees the 'real Bryce' all the time.
Simon's a jerk, plain and simple.

I'm glad you like that. It took me a while coming up with something that wouldn't be obvious yet mildly humorous. It couldn't be over the top, and then I was getting leftovers out for dinner one night.... yep.

      :)

    2. Yeah that made sense. Jesse just trying to understand Marie and then realizing he should do the "get in her pants" thing later instead of RIGHT NOW. With the other girls, he wanted to do them first hoping they'd want to get to know him after. LOL. Hahaha. I hope I communicated that I understood that in a way that made sense.

  11. Those bitches have a nerve...Leave Bryce alone immediately. Erin is so pissed but hopefully they will be ok when she calms down.

Jesse wants Marie as his girlfriend how sweet :) I did read it right that she is now his girlfriend, right?

    Loved it

    1. They didn't want to even consider that Bryce might have changed and now wants a serious relationship with someone else. Nope nope nope. They didn't like that idea.
I think Erin successfully blew off her steam in the right direction. ;)

Yes, they're bf/gf now. :) It's so sweet and simple!

  12. Omg I can't believe Sarah, Amber and the 3rd musketeer had the nerve to talk about Erin like that! Especially so publicly and in the bar Bryce owns. He should have thrown them out sooner, but later is better than never I guess. It annoys me how Bryce and Jesse's pasts are coming back to haunt them because it really hurts Erin and Marie the most. BUT I'm so glad Erin stood up for herself, now if she slapped the brunette it would be icing on the cake.

    1. They were out to make Erin feel bad because their boytoys have been taken from them. Bryce was hoping they'd leave on their own as he doesn't really like to throw out paying customers. Jesse and Bryce have quite a past, and it was bound to happen that some leftovers would show up!
:) Erin is too timid to slap the brunette.

  13. Rose!!! Wow, lol. I love having the Mattell's around town as extras. They're wonderfully versatile aren't they? ;)

Go.Erin! Claws out. Swipe. Draw some blood. It's what those three were after to begin with. Aaaand why was Simon back? Didn't he get the boot???

Phew! Finally. Is that really all it took to get Marie to calm down? Asking if she'd go steady?? If Jesse had done that to being with he wouldn't be beating himself up so much! Glad they've got an understanding, though. Communication, FTW!

    1. I loved using Rose! I need to throw in more cameos more often.

Erin, as we've seen her have a go at Jesse, can get violent when roused enough. Although shy *ducks from things thrown at her head*, that goes away when she gets really mad. Oh, I can't wait to post the bit when she has a go at... *cough*

Simon comes back like... I can think of several medical analogies but they might hurt feelings. Well, right after talking with Simon, Bryce said he needed to go talk to Desmond, who is also his lawyer...

LOL! She feels better now that she knows there's an agreed level of commitment. :)
